Too many organization leaders are still technology illiterate. If you don’t understand the impact technology has on your business and market, how are you equipped to lead an entire organization in the information age?

In particular, I still run into a lot of organization leaders who have absolutely no idea what they’re doing when it comes to social media. They view social as some sort of intern-driven tactical activity bolted onto the annual marketing plan. Derpity derp derp derp.

I ran across this interesting graphic I thought was pretty spot on regarding social media and leadership.
