Burchfield’s legal career has spanned prominent roles as counsel for public and private companies, where she developed expertise in FINRA and SEC compliance. Her background includes work with real estate investment trusts (REITs) and oil and gas exploration and production companies, making her a valuable asset as 10XTS enhances its capabilities to serve regulated markets with blockchain-driven solutions. She has extensive experience in preparing and analyzing securities offerings to ensure alignment with regulatory standards set by FINRA, the North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA), and state commissions. She also has managed SEC compliance requirements for registered transfer agents. In 2015, Burchfield established Burchfield Law, PLLC, where she provided comprehensive legal services to her clients, applying her regulatory expertise across a wide range of industries. Her work has helped companies navigate the complexities of securities law while promoting compliance and transparency in their operations. Through her practice, she has built a reputation as a trusted legal advisor with a forward-looking approach to regulatory adherence and strategic growth.

She earned her J.D. from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2013, where she distinguished herself as an Articles Editor of the Law Review, a Hatton W. Sumners Scholar, and a CALI award winner. Her active involvement in organizations such as the Williams J. Holloway, Jr. American Inn of Court and Phi Delta Phi showcases her commitment to legal professionalism. Her undergraduate studies were completed at the University of Central Oklahoma, where she received a B.A. in 2010. She was honored with the Oklahoma NextGen Under 30 Award in 2016 and is an active member of the Oklahoma Bar Association.
