10XTS is pleased to announce that CEO Michael Hiles will be a featured panelist at the upcoming 44th Annual NYU International Hospitality Industry Investment Conference, where he will join representatives from renowned law firm Greenberg Traurig and their joint client, Nolan Reynolds International (NRI), in a discussion on the future of tokenized real estate investment. Scheduled for June 5-7, 2022, in Manhattan, this industry-leading event brings together top executives to explore emerging trends in hospitality and real estate investment.
Industry Collaboration to Drive Tokenized Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) Innovation
The panel will spotlight the NRI Real Token project, an innovative initiative led by NRI in collaboration with 10XTS and Greenberg Traurig. The project aims to launch a tokenized Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) that offers equity interest in high-profile hotel properties through digital tokens. This pioneering approach to real estate investment leverages blockchain technology to increase accessibility, transparency, and efficiency in ownership and investment processes.
NRI’s application to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for Form 10 approval as a 1935 Act reporting company marks a significant milestone. If approved, NRI would become the first U.S. organization to launch a tokenized REIT compliant with SEC regulations, setting a new standard for transparency and governance in real estate finance.
10XTS: Advancing Compliance-Driven Tokenization Solutions
As the technology and advisory partner for the NRI Real Token project, 10XTS brings deep expertise in asset tokenization and regulatory compliance, providing critical guidance and technology solutions to facilitate NRI’s pursuit of SEC compliance. Through this collaboration, 10XTS aims to redefine real estate investment with a model that bridges traditional finance and digital asset innovation.
“We’re excited to share the stage with Greenberg Traurig and NRI to discuss the future of real estate tokenization,” said Michael Hiles, CEO of 10XTS. “This project showcases how blockchain can modernize real estate finance by enhancing compliance, expanding access to capital, and democratizing investment opportunities in an industry that has historically been less accessible.”
