Troy R. Vanderburg brings a significant depth of expertise in alternative assets and financial technology. A former Securities Professional, Vanderburg has over 20 years of experience within financial services, with a strong focus on alternative asset classes, capital formation, and financial technology. Holding a suite of licenses from FINRA, including Series 3, 6, 7, 63, and 65, Vanderburg’s expertise spans regulatory compliance, securities law, and investment strategy. His recent certifications as a Certified Product Owner and ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance underscore his focus on integrating finance and technology to drive market innovation.

Donnelly Law Offices, PLLC, Donnelly focuses on business formation, securities law, and civil litigation. His experience includes roles as a Senior Vice President of Trading Desk Analysis and Strategy and Group Vice President at Duff & Phelps as well as Senior Vice President at Moody’s Investment Service.
