Dr. Harris’s academic credentials include a B.S. in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology, an M.S. in Computer Science from Indiana University, and a Ph.D. in Cognitive Science and Computer Science from Indiana University. His work with the United States Air Force Research Lab (AFRL) earned him the AFMC-level Department of Defense CIO award for developing complex computational models, advanced analysis, and artificial intelligence applications.
