In 1987, Randy Cole founded MVVA, one of the first regional midwest venture capital associations. Randy worked with regional partnerships, and created a multi-city network of capital investors throughout the mid-west US.
Randy and a partner purchased Dayton X-ray out of receivership as a turnaround project. The company became U.S. Inspection Services and expanded nationally, subsequently being acquired by a public entity.
Randy provides significant assistance in macro-economics, currencies, deal structure and finance for public-private partnerships. His work in M&A includes institutional capital, syndication, corporate acquisition, and exit strategy through to public entity liquidity.
